Summary: This was the perfect house for our family getaway. The location is perfect - with the beautiful marsh sunsets and just steps from beach access, at the end of the island without much traffic. The amenities and equipment there is better than I've ever had at a rental - plenty of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons to haul kiddos and stuff to the beach. Also two kayaks to take advantage of paddling through the marsh - wonderful! The kitchen and baths were supplied with paper products, trash bags, soap and shampoo - we felt right at home from the very beginning. I gave a 4/5 on cleanliness only because the hottub didn't seem very clean on our arrival - but the house was in great shape otherwise. Our family agreed that we would totally stay here again!
